Vegie dippers

Vegies with dip

Ingredients:

Corn relish dip:

1 tub reduced fat cream cheese
1 small jar of corn relish

Avocado dip:

1 mashed avocado
1 tomato
1 spring onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Vegetable dippers:

Carrots
Celery sticks
Capsicum
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes

Method:

Step 1
Prepare corn relish dip by combining the ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2
To prepare the avocado dip, finely chop the spring onion and tomato. Mix together with the remaining ingredients.

Step 3
Wash the vegetables and carefully cut the carrot, celery, capsicum and cucumber into thin strips.

Step 4
Serve vegetable dippers with the corn relish and avocado dips.
