Tips to help your family sit less and move more

  • Regular physical activity helps to reduce your chances of catching a cold or flu.

  • If you're able to pick the kids up after school, why not head straight to the park for some fun time together?

  • Family walks are a great way to be active while spending time talking together as a family.
