Try to limit how much time you and your family spend sitting down during the day. Get moving and play a fun game instead - plenty of ideas can be found in our Resources.
Bring the bikes, scooters and ball so the kids can play while you work out!
When dropping the kids at school, park a block or two away so you can walk the rest of the way together. It's a great way to avoid the school drop off traffic (and get some physical activity into your day too!).
Your little ones will love playing with balls, bats, tricycles and kites (with supervision) – they're all activities that encourage movement.
Your little ones will love opportunities to practice their kicking and catching balls, climbing and balancing with you.
