Put active family time in your diary. Visit playgrounds, parks, nature reserves, or ovals. Track how much time you are spending being active on our Habit tracker.
When dropping the kids at school, park a block or two away so you can walk the rest of the way together. It's a great way to avoid the school drop off traffic (and get some physical activity into your day too!).
Once you've started and you're being active on a regular basis, you'll find it gets easier.
Physical activity doesn't always need to be organised sport, or going to the gym - it can be as simple as finding fun ways to move your body.
