Make bedrooms TV and computer free zones.
Try to keep family activities varied, and be sure to let your children take turns choosing what activity the family will do next.
Take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator. Or if you're on an escalator, keep walking anyway.
If it's raining outside, move the fun indoors with a dance competition, play games with balloons or soft balls, or head to your local indoor swimming pool.
