Try to eat most meals at the dinner table away from distractions such as TV or other electronic screens.
Often it is hard to have everyone in the same place for every meal. Try mapping out on the calendar every meal you will aim to eat together this month and stick to it!
Time spent looking at a screen generally means time not spent exercising or connecting with your family. Try allocating specific time periods for media use - preferably not during daylight hours when you can be active outdoors instead – to limit your family's screen time.
Make bedrooms TV and computer free zones.
