  • Plan your healthy meals for the week, then make a shopping list to ensure you get everything you need in one trip.

  • In the supermarket, it's OK to say no to your kids when they ask for junk food. Say yes and their expectations for junk food could set in.

  • Kids do better with regular meals and snacks rather than grazing throughout the day. It’s not always easy, but try to offer 5-6 structured meals/snacks each day.

  • Try adding lemon or lime slices to tap water to make it tastier.
