  • The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommend limiting your intake of sugar-sweetened soft drinks, cordials, fruit drinks, vitamin waters, energy and sports drinks.

  • ‘Plastic’ cheese is a good source of calcium and protein. Plastic-wrapped cheese slices are a staple in school lunch boxes across the country. However, some people may believe that just because this cheese is pre-sliced and plastic-wrapped, it has also been modified in a way that has stripped it of all its goodness. The fact is these slices contain just as much protein and calcium as hard block cheese.
