See how long your family can keep a ball or toy or balloon in the air, using your feet to pass it to each other. (You can also use a soccer ball.)
Play some classic fun games such as an egg and spoon race, a race with plastic cups of water balanced on everyone’s heads, a three-legged race or even a tug of war.
Enjoy the swings, slide and other equipment in your local park. Pretend the bark is hot coals and see if each of you can cross the play area without touching the ground.
