A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!


  • Who can make the longest peel of skin from carrots, sweet potato, potato or any other vegie with a skin? Make sure you use the vegies up by trying one of our Recipes.

  • Try for you and your family to cut down by one sugary drink a day for the next week. If you don't succeed one week, don't beat yourself up and try again the next week.
