Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!
Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?
Who can make the longest peel of skin from carrots, sweet potato, potato or any other vegie with a skin? Make sure you use the vegies up by trying one of our Recipes.
Try a 'Fruit Rainbow' week. Try eating a different coloured fruit each day. For example strawberry (red), banana (yellow), pear (green).
Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!
