Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!


  • Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?

  • It is important for all family members to stay hydrated, especially in the warmer months. This week have all family members track how much water they are drinking each day using the Habit Tracker.

  • Try a new fruit or a fruit you don't have very often over a week.

  • Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?

  • Try eating a different coloured fruit each day. For example strawberry (red) banana (yellow) pear (green). Record it on your Habit Tracker.
