Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!


  • Think beyond the dinner table and have veggies in your family's breakfast every day this week (if you don't already!). Try avocado, rocket and tomato on wholegrain toast, or poached eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Or, use your left over veggies from the night before to make a super quick veggie omelette in the morning.

  • Who can make the longest peel of skin from carrots, sweet potato, potato or any other vegie with a skin? Make sure you use the vegies up by trying one of our Recipes.

  • Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!

  • Try one recipe from the Good Habits Recipe collection and don't forget to record it on your Habit tracker.

  • Try having fresh fruit as a snack once this week.
