Like most changes, start small. Try doing ten laps of the backyard jogging or get the skipping rope out. Any activity that gets your heart rate up and huffing and puffing will do you good.

Set your phone or computer alarm to remind the family to stand up and get moving every 30 minutes when you're at home. You could all march on the spot together or even go for a short walk around the house or the block.
