A fun way to get active while reading with your kids is to read a book out loud and act out parts of the story. If a character is running, you could run on the spot or around the house too.
When dropping the kids at school, park a block or two away so you can walk the rest of the way together. It's a great way to avoid the school drop off traffic (and get some physical activity into your day too!).
