Tips to get your family into life

With a few pointers from the tips below, you and your family could get more out of every day. Or, try some of our challenges to really get things rolling!

  • Time spent looking at a screen generally means time not spent exercising or connecting with your family. Try allocating specific time periods for media use - preferably not during daylight hours when you can be active outdoors instead – to limit your family's screen time.
