There are endless ways you can motivate your family to move more at home like a game of backyard cricket, soccer, or basketball. And by being physically active with your family, you're also being a great role model for your kids.
When you're at the shops with the kids, let them help pay for things, scan your groceries, help pack the bags, and have conversations with shop assistants. You'll probably both get a kick out of it!
Join up with another family at the park and form teams to play a game of cricket or soccer.
