Tips to get your family into life

With a few pointers from the tips below, you and your family could get more out of every day. Or, try some of our challenges to really get things rolling!


  • Helping others - whether they're friends, family or strangers, is a great way to give back and make yourself feel good.

  • Try to reduce your screen time by turning off the TV, computer or game device when they're not in use.
