Offer your child a choice. Instead of "do you want broccoli for dinner?" ask "would you prefer broccoli or cauliflower with dinner?".
Keep food safe. Always wash hands before cooking. It's best to keep food hot, at or above 60' celsius, or cold, at or below 5' celsius.
