Tips to help you eat well

  • Try different fruit for their different textures - apples for their crunch, bananas for their smoothness, and oranges for their juiciness.

  • Try to choose fresh foods over processed foods. See the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating for more information.  

  • Make a fun "canoe" out of cucumbers by slicing in half lengthways, scooping out the flesh and filling with soft cheese, or tuna - then sit it on a green sea of fresh shredded lettuce. For more ideas check out our Recipes.
