Healthy Eating

Kids at schools involved in Fresh Tastes are learning how to make healthier food and drink choices to create good habits for life. Their school might be focusing on the Classroom Learning action area of Fresh Tastes where they’ll be learning about the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating through the Food&ME resources. Or their school might be focusing on the Food For Sale action area to ensure there are healthy choices available from their school canteen, and at school events and fundraisers.

To find out more about what your child is learning at school and continue the learning at home, check out the videos and useful resources below.
