Play some classic fun games such as an egg and spoon race, a race with plastic cups of water balanced on everyone’s heads, a three-legged race or even a tug of war.
Can you and your family go for a walk around the block before dinner three times this week?
Enjoy the swings, slide and other equipment in your local park. Pretend the bark is hot coals and see if each of you can cross the play area without touching the ground.
Make time this week to incorporate some strength building exercise. The playground is a good place to start. Use the monkey bars to lift yourself up, do lunges against a park bench or step-ups. Every little bit counts.
