Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!
Try having fresh fruit as a snack once this week.
Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!
Can you include one or two serves of vegies in your child’s lunch box everyday for two weeks?
Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?
Can you and your family cut down by one sugary drink a day for one week? If you don't succeed one week, don't beat yourself up and try again the next week.
