Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!
Try having fresh fruit as a snack once this week.
Think beyond the dinner table and have veggies in your family's breakfast every day this week (if you don't already!). Try avocado, rocket and tomato on wholegrain toast, or poached eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Or, use your left over veggies from the night before to make a super quick veggie omelette in the morning.
Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!
Can you include one or two serves of vegies in your child’s lunch box everyday for two weeks?
Can everyone in your family take their water bottle with them every day for the next week?
