Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!


  • Try eating six different coloured vegies over a week. For example carrots (orange), beetroot (purple), broccoli (green), red capsicum (red), squash (yellow) and parsnip (white).

  • Who can make the longest peel of skin from carrots, sweet potato, potato or any other vegie with a skin? Make sure you use the vegies up by trying one of our Recipes.

  • Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?

  • Meal times are a great time for you to connect with your family. This week plan a picnic and head outdoors with a rug and enjoy your time together.

  • Even if you’re not experienced in the kitchen, cook a simple, healthy meal at home from our Recipe collection – with the kids’ help, of course!
