Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!
Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!
It is important for all family members to stay hydrated, especially in the warmer months. This week have all family members track how much water they are drinking each day using the Habit Tracker.
Can you include one or two serves of vegetables in your family’s weekend breakfasts for two weeks?
Can you include one or two serves of vegies in your child’s lunch box everyday for two weeks?
Try eating six different coloured vegies over a week. For example carrots (orange), beetroot (purple), broccoli (green), red capsicum (red), squash (yellow) and parsnip (white).
