Challenge your family to eat well
A great way to change your family’s eating habits for the better is to set yourselves a challenge. We've even created some tips to help you start eating better today!
Can you make a fruit face or other creation out of fruit this week? You could use apricots as eyes, a banana as a mouth, or any other creation you can think of… then eat it all up!
Try for you and your family to cut down by one sugary drink a day for the next week. If you don't succeed one week, don't beat yourself up and try again the next week.
Try a 'Fruit Rainbow' week. Try eating a different coloured fruit each day. For example strawberry (red), banana (yellow), pear (green).
For one week, try not to have any takeaway. Instead, have a go at making our homemade Hamburgers instead.
Try having fresh fruit as a snack once this week.
